New eCon Sheeter installed at Ibratec, Brazil, under Covid-19 conditions

Installing a new sheeter during the Covid-19 pandemic isn鈥檛 easy, but 麻豆色情片 made it happen. When Brazilian customer Ibratec, one of Latin America鈥檚 biggest packaging companies, was preparing for its new eCon sheeter, they were concerned how the installation could take place.

To ensure the most efficient installation process, BWP Project Manager Rafael Restrepo took extra care to gather knowledge from the machine鈥檚 completion and testing which included full photomapping and layout documentation.

After synchronizing Covid-19 protection procedures for Ibratec and BWP, installation started on time in May. With extensive communication and attention to detail, Rafael took time to conduct multiple pre-installation meetings and scheduled additional meetings to ensure that Ibratec was prepared and understood all the requirements. Rafael and the team worked with experienced local BWP Service Engineer Carlos Silva to share all critical information he needed to supervise the installation of the two-web folio sheeter.

The key to reaching Ibratec鈥檚 expectations for machine performance were daily online follow-up meetings with project leadership and engineers. The new eCon sheeter is operating, and Ibratec is very satisfied with cut and stack quality on a large range of materials.
